Conditions of sale and delivery
All products displayed on the site are generally available to purchase. In some circumstances, sold out products may not be displayed as such due to an internal processing error. In such an event, Helsinki Music Centre staff will contact the customer to amend or cancel the order.
All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Helsinki Music Centre reserves the right to vary the prices on the site at any time. Under-18s are not permitted to make purchases on the site unless authorised to do so by a parent or guardian.
The customer is responsible for submitting the correct order details at check out, including delivery method, delivery address and item details. Once payment has been made, Helsinki Music centre will email an order confirmation to the address provided by the customer.
Any discount code must be entered and activated in the shopping bag prior to payment. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
Helsinki Music Centre uses Posti Oyj for its deliveries. Deliveries are available to addresses in mainland Finland only. Allow approximately 5 working days for delivery. All Posti deliveries must be collected within 7 days from a Posti pick up point.
Delivery charges must be paid at the time of placing the order.
Customers can choose to collect their order from the Helsinki Music Centre information desk during the venue’s opening hours. For information on opening hours, please visit the Helsinki Music Centre website. Orders will be held for 7 days from the date indicated on the collection notification.
You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days provided that the items are in unused and resaleable condition. The 14-day return period is calculated from the date the order is collected from a Posti pick up point or the Helsinki Music Centre information desk.
No refunds will be offered on postage charges.
Payment methodes and collecting payment service provider
Payment can be made by online transfer, credit card and MobilePay. All orders must be paid in full online when placing the order. Payment on collection is not available.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the collecting payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be displayed as the payee on the relevant bank or credit card statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorised Payment Institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the merchant.
